This role





To provide an effective administrative service to the Progression Team and wider Sales Team, assisting those teams to deliver their shared ownership and private sale targets, meet all compliance objectives and ensuring the delivery of a consistent customer focused journey. Working as a key part of the progression team supporting the progression of buyers from offer accepted stage through to completion by demonstrating initiative, excellent levels of administration skills and customer service.


What you'll need to succeed




Knowledge of intermediate housing and private sale products.

Able to demonstrate an understanding of property conveyancing and sales transactions.

Attention to details Organisational skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Proven experience of delivering excellent customer care.

IT and numeric literacy

Educated to GCSE Standard
