MK College Group have an exciting opportunity for a creative Lecturer to join the education team based at HMP Grendon and Springhill. The new position will provide an opportunity to develop a curriculum that complements the resettlement of prisoners.


As a Progression to Work Lecturer, you will be delivering a range of skills to work within the Customer Service and personal development skills to learners within the prison. The courses are designed to aid further education study and returning to the workplace or a new work area. The classes are a way to engage with hard-to-reach offenders, helping them to improve behaviour and develop soft skills for ongoing employment. This is a challenging role to inspire the learners to make progress towards their goals.
