What You'll Do

Support learners into work experience placements, apprenticeships, employment, or further education. Deliver engaging employability workshops, including CV writing, interview preparation, and workplace skills. Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and organisations to create high-quality opportunities. Undertake placement risk assessments and ensure students are well-prepared for work experience. Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback and celebrating achievements. Use social media and marketing to share success stories and raise the profile of the programme. Contribute to the Centre Improvement Plan using student, employer, and progression data. Safeguard learners, promoting British Values and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent). Experience working with 16-18-year-olds and in education or training. Strong organisation, planning, and communication skills. Enthusiasm, resilience, and a positive, engaging personality. Ability to build strong relationships with employers and learners. Desirable: CEIAG Level 3/4, Health & Safety qualification. Experience in sales, outreach, marketing, or recruitment.
