Position Details

Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 (depending on experience) Hours: 08:00 - 17:30 (flexibility required based on customer needs) Holiday: 21 days + bank holidays (rising incrementally to 24 days after 5 years) Benefits: Company car, mobile phone, laptop & tablet, ongoing training and career progression opportunities

Key Responsibilities

Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and full ownership of each customer relationship. Estimating & Quotation: Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and cost-effective solutions based on industry best practices and customer requirements for network cabling, door access, CCTV and electrical. Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Team Coordination: Motivate, manage, and support engineering teams on-site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and professionalism at all times. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through existing accounts and proactively contribute to the growth of our customer base.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced or highly knowledgeable in structured cabling systems and associated technologies, 5+ years as either an engineer or project/account manager. Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Ambitious, energetic, and eager to take on new challenges Able to perform well under pressure in fast-paced environments
