About Us:

We are a local one-stop shop retrofit consultancy dedicated to supporting sustainable construction projects. Our mission is to provide high-quality retrofit solutions that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in buildings. We are looking for a dedicated Project Administrator to join our team and support our retrofit construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Client and Contractor Liaison:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients and contractors, addressing queries and providing information.

Quotations and Scheduling:

Obtain quotations from contractors and schedule works efficiently to ensure timely project completion.

Project Coordination:

Work closely with Retrofit Coordinators to manage project timelines and ensure smooth execution of retrofit projects.

Customer Support:

Provide excellent customer support by guiding clients through the retrofit process and addressing any concerns.

Documentation Management:

Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including Survey reports, quotes, contracts, and related documents.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, contractors, and colleagues to manage expectations and ensure project success.

Efficiency Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:



General



Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative role is essential. Experience within or an interest in sustainable construction is desirable.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Organisation:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Customer Focus:

A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing high-quality support and service.

Teamwork:

Ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Initiative:

Proactive and able to work independently, taking initiative to solve problems and improve processes.

Adaptability:

Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities.

Technical Skills



Proficiency in using technology, including MS Office, Excel, and other project management tools.

Experience using a CRM system and/or Work Management software essential.

Accountancy skills desirable.

Minimum Qualifications



GCSE English & Maths Minimum of Grade C/4.
