Role Overview
As a Project Administrator, you will work alongside the project managers to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects for Orca's clients. You will have a background in either project administration or have held an administrative role within a Managed Service Provider.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Providing high quality administrative and project support to FluidOne project managers
Reporting on project progress, resources and financials
Scheduling meetings, setting agendas as well as taking minutes for the project team
Internal and external stakeholder management
Updating project records o Helping ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Required skills and essential abilities for the Project Administrator Role
:
Proven working experience as a project administrator or administration in an MSP
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Requirements: Education and/or Work
Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients (up to senior management levels, using appropriate and professional language)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary employee service
Ability to work independently and to carry out tasks to completion within parameters and instructions given, prescribed routines, standard accepted practices and legislation/regulations
Other Requirements
:
Must follow all integrated ISO management systems, be aware of and comply with all ISO data security systems at all times.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
Must be able to talk, listen and be clear and concise in all telephone and written communications
Must complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks as required by your work including timesheets, expenses, ticket notes and all peripheral administrative tasks for this role in a clear and accurate manner
Ability to handle constantly changing flow of traffic; remain productive during slow times, be able to multitask effectively during busy times, exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations.
