We have an exciting opportunity for an Project Administrator to join our dynamic team to assist in all aspects of administrative support.

Project Administrator - Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support

: Provide general administrative assistance to the projects management team and other departments as needed, including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.

Document Management

: Organise and maintain office documents, files, and records, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.

Meeting Coordination

: Schedule and organise meetings, focus groups, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently (e.g., booking rooms, sending outlook invites).

Record Keeping

: Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions, including purchase orders, delivery receipts.

Supplier Coordination

: Communicate with suppliers to ensure the completion and approval of the latest supplier questionnaires, and update the supply chain management spreadsheet accordingly.

Data Entry and Reporting

: Update and maintain company databases, spreadsheets, and other records, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

Health & Safety Compliance

: Assist with office health and safety procedures, including keeping track of necessary records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Purchase Order Placement

: Accurately place and manage purchase orders for materials, plant, and equipment, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently.

Social Media and LinkedIn

: Updating and maintaining the company's LinkedIn profile, including posting regular updates, company news, and relevant content to engage with the professional network.

Presentation Creation

: Skills in creating visually appealing and professional presentations using tools such as PowerPoint.

Required Skills and Experience:



Interpersonal Skills:

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and contractors.

Administrative Expertise:

Extensive experience providing high-quality administrative services.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective and clear interactions.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint for document management, reporting, and collaboration.

Problem-Solving:

Confidence in decision-making and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
