Job Title: Project Administrator.

Carnwadric WIN project require a Project Administrator.

This is a part time position of 18 hours per week Monday to Wednesday occasional evening work required, and hours are flexible to the requirements of the project. Operational base will be Carnwadric Church, and laptop, mobile phone, and internet access made available. The Project Administrator is line managed by the Project manager. A pension fund is available and in service training opportunities organised.

The salary for this post is 27,664 per annum, pro rata. (This equates to 13,572 per annum for a 18-hour post). The person spec is noted below.

Person Spec.



Essential:



Confident financial prowess.

Excellent knowledge of relevant software.

Forward planning in budget management.

Communication skills both written and oral.

Team player with ability to operate on own initiative as required.

Preferable:



Car driver

Knowledge of third sector funding procedures.

Understanding of charity governance, policies, procedures and safeguarding.

Finance/Funding/Administration -



Maintain the WIN finances and bookkeeping weekly, liase with relevant colleagues to plan financial budgets.

Work with the Project Manager and fund raiser to secure budgets for specific areas of development.

Support WIN Staff in the production of reporting and monitoring systems required by funders.

Ensure publicity and social media for the project remain updated and relevant.

Maintain office supplies, supplies for groups and cleaner requisites.

Liaise with church regarding bookings and hall lets.

Manage the mobile, IT contracts, and petty cash to include cleaners' salary.

Maintain Microsoft and Gmail emails, alongside Teams and SharePoint.

Prepare financial forecasts for monthly management meetings.

Prepare accounts for annual audit.

Other duties commensurate with post.

Distribute WIN policies to trustees for annual update and/or review. Support staff in effective use of policies and awareness of their contents. Provide administrative support to WIN staff and management if required Maintain regular contact with GCVS to ensure update on employment law, payroll and pension. Administration for staff recruitment. Liase with project manager to define and research training requirements, organise as required. Operational knowledge of all WIN groups.
