Role Purpose:
Supporting the Solution Sales department with day-to-day administration tasks along with ownership of regular recurring activities. The Administrator will be responsible for compiling industry standard compliant documents and logging relevant information.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
Proven experience in a busy administrative role.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office including excel.
Keen attention to detail.
Good organisational skills.
The Key Responsibilities of this Role will be to:
Generate Health and Safety plans ready for engineer attendance on site. These will be issued to project managers and customers.
Creating and issuing the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for completed projects.
Compiling and issuing commissioning certificates for completed projects.
Monitoring weekly schedules and creating engineer information packs to issue to engineers and subcontractors in advance of planned site attendances.
Saving and issuing daily reports received from engineers and updating CRM system job status to complete.
Handling new projects into the team and adding to task management spreadsheet and issuing relevant documents to Project Managers.
Adding new projects to Payapps system - where applicable.
Posting engineer's labour into F&O system to cost to the job.
Updating project manager's forecast dates on to the system
General administration tasks to assist the senior and coordinators in the day to day functions of the team.
