Job Description

We are looking for an organised and proactive

Project Administrator

to support our project delivery team within the

lift and elevator industry

. Based in

Stoke-on-Trent

, this role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is

PRINCE2 qualified or currently working towards PRINCE2

, and who is keen to develop a career in project management.

You will play a key role in supporting lift installation, modernisation, and refurbishment projects by ensuring accurate documentation, effective coordination, and smooth day-to-day project administration.

Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to Project Managers across multiple lift projects Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and records Assist with project planning, reporting, and progress tracking Coordinate communication between clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors Arrange meetings, site visits, and take minutes where required Support procurement processes, purchase orders, and invoicing Ensure compliance with internal processes, health & safety, and quality standards Track project costs, variations, and documentation control

About You



Previous experience in a

Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role

PRINCE2 qualification preferred or actively working towards

Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach

Desirable (but not essential)



Experience in the

lift, construction, engineering, or building services industry

Knowledge of project management processes and terminology Ambition to progress into a Project Manager role
