Your Role
As a Project Administrator at Gensler, you will support project teams with your strong organizational and administrative skills to ensure smooth project delivery. You'll work alongside project coordinators and managers on cutting-edge architectural and interior design projects.
What You Will Do

Assist with project setup and documentation management
Support the coordination of project schedules and timelines
Help maintain project budgets and financial tracking
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors
Assist with contract administration and document control
Support in the personal approval form preparation
Maintain project files and documentation systems

Your Qualifications

2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in architecture, construction, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with project management software preferred
Basic understanding of construction and design terminology
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
