Main Purpose of the Job





Based primarily in our Manchester or Birmingham office as part of a wider business support administration team, you will provide administrative support to project managers and their wider teams within Pell Frischmann . As part of your responsibilities, you are required to undertake general administrator duties to support the wider business. The role will also be to supporting other teams in different locations remotely. Flexible working arrangements will be at the discretion of/agreed with your line manager.


Main duties -




Provide support to project directors and project managers

Prepare job setup documentation

Manage and keep up to date Project Management Plans

Project document control including archiving.

Preparation and submission of project invoices.

Application for Payments

Track progress of invoices until paid and keep PM notified

Preparation, formatting, and presentation of project documents

Supporting teams with bid activities when required.

Assist in ensuring H&S requirements are met by project team

Maintain compliance with all projects related BMS requirements.



Preparation of key documents and correspondence




Ensuring compliance with the Business Management System, where required

Organisation and Maintenance of case file documentation

Preparation of relevant invoices, and arrangement of payment.

Previous Project Administrative Experience Excellent IT-literacy, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).



Experience using Unit 4 business software



Skill






The ability to demonstrate knowledge and awareness of operating within a busy administrative function.



Excellent written and verbal communication skills



Attention to detail



The ability to plan, schedule and arrange own activities to accomplish objectives.



A collaborative approach, effectively working with others to achieve team success.



Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
