The Role



The Project Administrator plays a key role in helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the construction site. You will provide administrative support to site managers, project teams, as well as assisting office personnel, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communications, and supporting compliance with internal and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee and coordinate site project administration for site set-ups.

Assist with document control, including uploading to Autodesk, filing, scanning, and distributing drawings and project documentation.

Compiling operational and maintenance manual and distribute to clients upon request.

Support Health & Safety compliance by maintaining site records and assisting with audits.

Support the Office Manager in administration within the business.

Interact with colleagues, customers and visitors, maintaining a polite and helpful approach with all.

Answer telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them courteously and appropriately or pass to a relevant member of the team.

File and retrieve company documents, records and reports and ensure all filing up to date and well-managed.

Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of company and customer information.

In all actions be a positive and helpful ambassador for the company, giving others confidence in Obedair Ltd.

Ensure that internal company relationships with other departments, offices and business units/regions are positive and supportive.

Be prepared to take additional responsibility, where you see it is necessary, to support the department/function or the office staff in general.

Support Site Staff with all administrative tasks.

Support philosophy of 100% Safe, Perfect Delivery and Sustainability Culture.

Ensure all work is accurate and checked prior to submission.

What We're Looking For



Essential -



GCSE at grade C/5 or above in Maths and English

NVQ3 or similar in Administration an advantage

Desirable -



Previous experience in the construction industry or a project-based environment.

Previous experience using Autodesk

Experience using SharePoint, or similar.

Knowledge of Health & Safety documentation and compliance processes.
