Summary:



We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to work as part of our Project Team.

About the role:



Supporting our Project Team based in Truro, the Project Administrator will be a key member of the Team, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and governance support to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of projects.

Working as part of a high-performing team, you'll be responsible for:



Maintaining and updating project documentation, including project plans and our RAID (Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) log. Preparing and circulating project status reports and meeting minutes. Assisting in the preparation for, and coordination of, project reviews. Scheduling and booking project meetings, workshops, and key project events (e.g. User Acceptance Testing and Training) and sending out follow-up communications. Maintaining and regularly updating the project task log, ensuring all tasks are accurately recorded and assigned. Proactively tracking the progress of tasks and following up with task owners to ensure timely completion. Identifying potential challenges and escalating issues to the Project Leaders as required. Assisting in the administrative aspects of project resourcing, such as tracking team member availability and allocation. Documenting and maintaining project processes, workflows, and best practices. Assisting in the documentation of business processes. Providing administrative support for project scoping activities. Acting as the main point of contact for project-related administrative enquiries. Communicating effectively with project leaders, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned and informed. Assisting in drafting and formatting project communications and presentations.

Skills and Experience:



Proven experience in a project administration or similar administrative support role. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A self-motivated and proactive approach to work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in documenting business processes or workflows. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Consistent delivery of high-quality work and ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in using project management tools and Microsoft Office.
