To provide project support as part of the ongoing delivery of FTTP contracts. Working as part of the Project Team to ensure compliance with internal and client reporting requirements.
This role will require a flexible and pro-active approach, along with the ability to work to demanding deadlines. You will have to report on key contractual deliverables and must be an effective and well-presented communicator.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue Daily Whereabouts.
Receive and report daily updates from field operatives.
Aid in the planning and project management of the contracts.
Process permitting and traffic management requests & complete internal & external process requirements.
Ensure compliance with all legislative & contractual obligations.
Collate, upload and report on photographic compliance in support of works completed.
Maintain works summary data to support the Application for Payment.
Be willing to work on ad-hoc tasks according to the requirements of the business to ensure the completion of all business obligations.
Skills & Experience Required:
Telecoms industry experience preferable but not essential
Previous contract administration or project management experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential (vlookups, sumif, pivot tables etc...)
Excellent numerical skills.
Great attention to detail, methodical and the ability to work on your own initiative.
Excellent communication skills and confident manner over the telephone & in person.
Ability to manage high volume of data and manipulate to show trends and report on business performance.
