Architect / Experienced Architectural Assistant - Project Lead (Residential)
We are seeking a
London-based Architect or Nearly Qualified Architect
to take on aproject-lead role
within our residential team. This position sitsbetween project management and design coordination
, requiring someone confident in leading projects while working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Full support will be provided.The ideal candidate will have
strong Revit skills
and a minimum of5 years' experience
deliveringresidential extensions, conversions, and refurbishment projects

Architect orPart 2 / Nearly Qualified Architect
Strong Revit proficiency
(essential) Minimum5 years' residential experience
Strongcommunication, organizational, and numerical skills
Confident usingExcel
for coordination and tracking Proactive, driven, and adaptable to a flexible working environmentAdvantageous (but not mandatory)
Full UK driving licence
Polish language
Role Responsibilities
Act as
project lead
, coordinating design, consultants, and delivery Manage multiple residential projects simultaneously Lead client, consultant, and site meetings Carry out regular site visits and liaise with contractors Coordinate with suppliers and manage technical information Oversee programmes, design development, and issue resolution Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standardWhat We Offer
