Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented

Assurance & Compliance Coordinator

to join our team. Reporting directly to the Assurance and Compliance Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting assurance processes across our projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal governance requirements.


You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and utilise platforms such as Viewpoint for Projects to support documentation, risk tracking, audit preparation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities



Support the planning and delivery of assurance and compliance monitoring activities. Assist with internal audits and reviews, tracking outcomes and follow-up actions. Maintain and update registers, risk logs, and key compliance records. Monitor adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations. Coordinate incident reporting processes, investigations, and corrective actions. Help foster a compliance-first culture through training and awareness initiatives. Work with project teams to embed strong governance practices throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of Health and Safety Files for all projects.

What We're Looking For



Experience in an assurance and compliance role within the engineering or construction sectors. Proficiency in

Viewpoint for Projects

is essential. Strong working knowledge of assurance processes, progressive assurance, and risk mitigation strategies. Familiarity with document management systems such as

Trimble, Bentley

, or

ProjectWise

. Excellent organisation, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to produce clear reports and effectively communicate findings. Commitment to promoting best practices and driving continuous improvement.
