Ability to manage relationships and negotiate placements with the insurance market for both UK & Global business Identify appropriate markets and determine placing strategy for new and existing business Attend and participate in client, prospect and insurer meetings Be able to articulate the state of the Regional, London and International insurance market and provide relevant industry insight to clients and prospects Assist in preparing insightful client and prospect market presentations and slips Collaborate with technical wordings and service teams to understand and articulate technical reviews and programme design Ability to adapt quickly and easily to changing workload conditions and requirements Understand a client or prospect's business, situations, opportunities, problems and key issues Support the use of technology such as Broking Platform to deliver better outcomes for clients Understand and ensure ongoing compliance with WTW guidelines and procedures. Preferably with experience in Life Science accounts.

Qualifications

Preferably with professional qualifications (ACII or similar) or a proven track record in Insurance Broking or Underwriting



Skills and Knowledge


Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team Ability to prioritise, manage deadlines and work under pressure Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Good presentation skills. Good IT skills with excellent Excel capabilities
