Project Commercial Support

professional to join our dynamic team.

The Role



As a Project Commercial Support team member, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial and operational success of our retail fit-out programmes. Working closely with internal teams and retail clients, you will ensure the smooth delivery of commercial documentation, project tracking, and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized individual with strong communication skills to contribute to high-profile projects, with full training provided on specific processes.

Key Responsibilities



Retail Fit-Out Programmes:

Prepare and manage commercial documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules to support timely delivery of key milestones. Share documentation and updates with retail clients and internal teams in agreed formats. Track project progress and update relevant systems to ensure transparency and accountability. Produce regular reports to communicate project status to clients and internal stakeholders. Additional duties as needed to support the commercial and operational teams in achieving project success.

Skills and Experience



Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Experience in preparing commercial or project-related documentation, such as cost schedules or reports, is desirable. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with internal teams and external clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with project management tools. Previous experience in construction, fit-out, or retail sectors is a plus but not essential. A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
