We're looking for a

Project Controller

with an

engineering background and proven project planning experience

to join our Stevenage team. In this role, you will work directly with a

high-profile aerospace client

, supporting the delivery of critical engineering programmes.

The role
As a Project Controller at MIGSO-PCUBED, you will play a key role in supporting

project planning, monitoring, and reporting

for aerospace projects. Working closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and monitor

project schedules

(planning experience is essential) Support project cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting Monitor project risks, issues, and changes, and assist with mitigation plans Analyse project performance data and highlight trends or potential problems Prepare dashboards, reports, and governance documentation for the aerospace client Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to support delivery

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Degree or HNC/HND in

Engineering

(mechanical, electrical, systems, or similar)

Proven experience in project planning

(using MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar) Early-career experience (1-3 years) in project support, project controls, or engineering coordination Strong analytical and organisational skills Comfortable working with data and reporting tools Clear communicator able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders Motivated to develop a career in

project controls or project management consulting
