We are looking for a Project Controller to join our growing team in London. We welcome professionals at various experience levels who can bring diverse perspectives and a willingness to question the status quo. In this role, we're looking for someone who not only supports project delivery but also contributes to continuous improvement by challenging existing practices, identifying inefficiencies, and offering innovative, pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities:




Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget Support project teams with financial reporting, cost tracking, and forecasting Identify opportunities for improvement and propose alternative approaches to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness Work with commercial leads/project managers to monitor risk and performance, ensuring issues are escalated appropriately Drive best practices in documentation and control, ensuring compliance and consistency across teams Contribute to the continuous improvement of project controls processes, tools, and templates

Essential Requirements:




University degree or professional qualification in a technically based field (e.g., engineering, economics, finance, business) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced proficiency in Excel Experience with project management and financial reporting software Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is an advantage Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently Demonstrated willingness to challenge convention and adopt new ideas in a dynamic, evolving environment Confident managing financial data across multiple currencies and international project frameworks Experience with contract administration; familiarity with NEC4 contracts is a strong advantage
