Who are we looking for?





As Project Controller, you will work as part of a team with responsibility for delivery of best-in-class retail experiences.



You will contribute to the project lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service, provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment.




What you'll do:




Understand the project set up including project scope, timelines, resources and outcome Manage supplier purchase orders and keep project cost trackers up to date Coordinate transport with clients, partners and subcontractors Support inventory from arrival to dispatch and returns Organise and Coordinate key project materials including; training guides, briefs, booking in forms Set up and maintain all project systems (Including; Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity, Mintsoft) Help to identify risks early and solve any issues promptly Support with quality control to ensure it aligns with the project brief and requirements Communicate project progress, milestones and any challenges clearly Build strong relationships across internal teams and with external partners



What you'll need:




Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc. Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure Experience working in an administrative role Previous experience using project management systems (Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity, Mintsoft) preferred GCSEs grade 4 and above in Maths and English * Knowledge and understanding of retail installations project management preferred
