At FLSmidth, we are building a more sustainable future for the mining industry, and we are looking for a Project Controller to help deliver that mission on a major Rio Tinto capital project in Welshpool.



You will join a collaborative, safety-first team where your expertise in planning, scheduling, and cost control will help ensure predictable, high-quality project outcomes from design through commissioning.



Your impactDrive schedule integrity using Primavera P6 & MS Project Enable cost control and accurate forecasting Identify risks early and support informed decision-making Partner with engineering, procurement, finance, and site teams Strengthen transparency and performance reporting Contribute to safe, sustainable project delivery


What you will bringExperience in project controls within mining or heavy industry Strong planning, scheduling, and cost control capability Advanced Excel and project controls system experience (Epicor highly regarded) A collaborative, proactive, and detail-focused mindset Commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement
