Job Summary



We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator Assistant to support our project management team in coordinating projects across various trades. The ideal candidate will assist in scheduling, communication, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities



Key Responsibilities:



Project Planning:

Assist the Project Coordinator in planning and scheduling projects.

Coordination:

Coordinate with tradespeople, suppliers, operations team and clients to facilitate timely project delivery.

Record Keeping & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of project details, progress, and issues.

Communication & Reporting:

Prepare and distribute project documentation, including work orders, schedules, and reports.

Team Support:

Support the coordination of subcontractors and all team members.

Budget and Resource Management:

Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.

Client Liaison:

Liaise with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure to advise tradesmen that health & safety procedures must be followed during project execution.

Issue Resolution:

Assist in resolving project issues and escalating concerns as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to process enhancements and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications & Experience



Education:

HNC/D or degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role within the maintenance or construction industry.

Knowledge:

Knowledge in Field Management Systems such as SimPro is advantageous.

Skills:



o Strong organizational and time management skills.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).

o Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

o Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Pay: 26,208.00 per year
