Salary: Up to xc2xa324,000

Youxe2x80x99ll work closely with our Head of Organic Growth and experienced Project Managers, helping to drive forward a number of high-impact projects across the country.What Youxe2x80x99ll Be Doing

  • Spot Opportunities: Assist in sourcing and assessing potential new school sitesxe2x80x94supporting viewings, managing contacts, and liaising with property agents.
  • Keep Projects on Track: Create and maintain project timelines, support tendering and compliance documentation, and track budgets and spend.
  • Drive the Details: Coordinate quotations, invoices, and purchase orders, and support the development of robust business cases.
  • Be the Connector: Act as the go-to communication hub between internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholdersxe2x80x94keeping everyone aligned and moving forward.
  • Stay Ahead: Contribute insights on property trends, project delivery innovations, and smarter ways of working.
  • Be Hands-On: Attend site visits, support due diligence checks, and help ensure our new schools are built to the highest standards and future ready.
What Wexe2x80x99re Looking For
  • Strong project coordination skills, ideally within property, construction, or facilities-related projects.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilitiesxe2x80x94nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks, teams, and deadlines with accuracy and confidence.
  • Confident communicator who builds relationships easily and keeps projects moving with clarity and energy.
  • Comfortable using project management tools, Microsoft Office, and collaborative systems.
  • A can-do, self-starter attitude with a genuine passion for meaningful work that creates better futures for children and young people.
