Summary

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Worlifts Limited. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing projects related to our specialized equipment and services. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Liaising with suppliers for competitive prices, and lead times. Ordering project specific materials and maintaining relevant stock levels of consumables Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly. Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports for management review. Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies as needed. Liaising with Design & Coordination Manager regularly with progress Attending weekly planning meetings Be available to attend site for project meetings

Requirements

Proven experience in project coordination or management within a technical or engineering environment would be preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with CAD drawings & software such as Solidworks or Autodesk Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership when necessary. Must be well presented and the ability to be professional at all times
