The Project Coordinator provides essential day-to-day support to the project team. They help maintain accurate information, chase supplier updates, and ensure smooth communication between departments, are responsible for MRP input.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and reporting. Maintain project trackers and update internal systems. Liaise with suppliers to confirm part deliveries and timelines. Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to resolve day-to-day issues. Prepare reports, meeting notes, and communication updates. Load data into MRP system. Help ensure the team meets deadlines and project data remains accurate.

Skills & Experience:

Experience in project administration or coordination within manufacturing or engineering. Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills. Confident using Excel, Teams, and MRP systems. Detail-oriented and proactive, with a can-do attitude. Able to work effectively across different teams and priorities. Ideally someone from a fast-paced prototype environment
