One Stop Kitchens Ltd delivers full building and kitchen refurbishments nationwide--primarily for facilities management clients, children's nurseries, and garden centres. We handle surveys, design coordination, fabrication, install, and handover.
We're growing fast and now need a Project Coordinator to help keep our bigger projects running smoothly and support Sara in the office.
The Role
You'll be the organiser who makes sure projects hit deadlines, budgets, and client expectations. Working closely with our Project Estimator and site teams, you'll coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, and internal staff while keeping clients informed and paperwork on point.
Key Responsibilities
Build clear project plans: scope, milestones, budgets, risks, and comms.
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, track deliveries and labour.
Own project documentation: RAMS, drawings, schedules, variations, O&M packs.
Track costs vs. budget and manage change control.
Keep programmes updated and chase actions so jobs run smoothly.
Prepare client updates, progress photos, and weekly reports.
Support project close-out: snagging, certifications, warranties, handover packs.

What We're Looking For
Essential:
Determined, organised, and calm under pressure; team player with initiative.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with clients and suppliers.
High attention to detail; able to juggle multiple jobs.
Able to work independently and make sound judgements.
Desirable:
Experience in construction/refurb/fit-out (FM, kitchens, M&E, joinery, or similar).
Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and project tools.
Basic budgeting/cost tracking awareness.
UK driving license [and willingness to travel occasionally].
