To deliver outcomes connected to the Mission: One More project, which primarily involves identifying and working with partners and communities across the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire - Integrated Care Board area to deliver the project outcomes: raise awareness of and recognising the signs and symptoms of cancer; increase participation in cancer screening; and reduce the risks of developing cancer through lifestyle choices.

Key Area 1: Mission: One More
Communicate effectively with a wide range of people to build and sustain effective and positive relationships across public, private, community and voluntary sectors, to develop relationships and joint working in support of M:OM.
Develop an application and monitoring process to enable the production of projects that deliver on the M:OM project outcomes.
Support project partners in the delivery of their respective activities, if needed.
Develop and facilitate contacts and links with relevant stakeholders and project partners.
Upskill knowledge on cancer (if required) to be able to support other VCSE partners with their bids.
Produce consolidated reports to the Steering Group and Funder, including data relating to project milestones - outcomes/outputs - and recording participant data.
Review project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
Support project steering group to oversee the delivery of the project.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Criteria
The ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge and experience of working with and understanding the needs of the community.
Knowledge and experience of working within the voluntary and/or statutory sector in a key management and or development role.
High level of co-ordinating, prioritising and organising skills and the ability to carry this through under pressure and deadlines.
Understanding of inter-agency working and experience of effective liaison with statutory and voluntary sectors. Ability to progress and work alongside people to ensure that work programmes and forward plans are implemented.
Understanding of and commitment to service user involvement in the planning, delivery and evaluation of community activities.
Ability to write and present reports, and accesses written information effectively.
A good level of presentation skills, including experience of public speaking.
A clean driving licence is essential, due to the need to cover/meet with organisations across the BNSSG area.
Desirable Criteria
Knowledge of community care policies and practice developments, the implications for change in the community care services, and the roles of statutory and voluntary agencies.
A high level of computer literacy, as well as experience of using information technology to support your own work.
General Criteria
