We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial administrive role in supporting project managers. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers to gather and document requirements for various projects.
Provide administrative support using Word, Excel and SharePoint
Maintaining diaries, appointments and schedules effectively
Liaise with contractors and clients regarding information on projects
Ensure files and records are current and updated
Monitor project timelines
Update and maintain records on our Construction Software System
Experience /Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
Experience dealing with customers and suppliers
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Share Point
Strong organisational skills
Knowledge of Health and Safety on construction sites would be beneficial although full training will be given
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Awareness of the importance of confidentiality and data protection
