We are looking for a

highly organised Project Coordinator

to join our growing team at our Andover production facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience in the

events, exhibitions, and project management

industry.

About the Role



As a

Project Coordinator

, you will support the successful delivery of client projects - from exhibition builds to international event logistics. You'll work closely with our experienced

Project Manager and Production Director

, learning every step of the process while managing key administrative, coordination, and client support tasks.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate project documentation using our internal project management systems Prepare on-site job folders based on client briefs and sales team input Create detailed picking and packing lists for the warehouse team Book essential event services: power, rigging, catering, cleaning, etc. Ensure project deadlines are met and updates are communicated Assist with logistics, documentation, and transport for UK and overseas events Occasionally attend live event sites to support setup and handover Answer incoming calls and help with general admin support

Key Skills and Requirements



Excellent organisational and administrative skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF tools (Acrobat) Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills A positive, solutions-focused attitude Previous experience in events, exhibitions, or admin support is preferred - but full training will be provided Must enjoy working in an office environment (with our friendly office dog, Charlie!)

Essential Criteria



You must live in Andover or be able to commute reliably (role is 100% on-site) A clean UK driving licence (or be close to passing) is highly preferred
