About the job




Zap is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to lead our projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope and on time. If you have excellent organizational skills, a passion for teamwork, a knack for solving problems and comfortable working on multiple projects at one time we want to hear from you!

Requirements



What you'll be doing:



Leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, while continuously monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination among departments. Identifying project risks and issues, implementing solutions proactively to mitigate setbacks. Regularly communicating with clients to provide updates and gather feedback, ensuring their needs are met. Documenting project processes, objectives, and outcomes for future reference and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:



Proven experience as a project manager in a digital agency or similar field. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasive and clear dialogue. Aptitude for building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Experience using Slack, Trello, Google Sheets and Jira would be beneficial.
