Job Description

Due to our continued growth, Interdoor Limited has an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, and career driven working as our new Contract Controller / Junior Project Manager

The Role includes:



Contract Management of new Industrial Door & loading Bay installations including;

Opening contract files in our CRM system and customers portals Occasionally Surveying door openings at customers' premises Reading, understanding and Preparing drawings (PDF & CAD) for our customers Raising Purchase orders for Doors, components and Plant hire Arranging installation visits with customers Arranging Deliveries of all materials and parts to the customer to enable installation including importing of products Preparation of RAMs Preparation of O&Ms Attending customer's premises to oversee installations if required Invoicing all projects upon completion and sending out to customers where necessary Updating Directors on projected completion dates for Contracts on a monthly basis Keeping all contracts updated in CRM and giving customers update at key stages

The Candidate should have:



Experience of contract management within the construction sector, ideally involving Doors & Loading Bay Equipment Experience of ordering materials and arranging the delivery of those materials to sites Experience of managing a team or teams of fitters / engineers on projects Experience and/or understanding of how a construction site operates Reasonable engineering knowledge, ideally of industrial doors An up to date and valid driving licence Very Strong IT skills - ideally with knowledge of all Microsoft packages and CAD Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to "think outside the box" and solve problems quickly and efficiently Team player Be Honest - we are an open and transparent team whether that be with staff or customers Organisation -at any time you could be looking after 20+ projects, organisation is key to make sure they all run smoothly.

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
