To provide administrative support to Service Team, working under the direct supervision of the Head of Service & Operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and possess strong organisational skills and effective communication abilities.
Attending Service planning meetings and project kick off meetings.
Focal point for key accounts, stakeholders and offshore personnel to maintain and develop strong working relationships.
Delivering manpower to Service, Engineering and Projects using the Onboard Tracker and service tracker to ensure competent resources and mobilisations.
Liaising with Supply Chain to ensure procurement/materials are obtained as required, regularly monitor and review material progress in order to mitigate delays.
Liaising with Workshop regarding tooling, goods inwards, hire equipment, deliveries, inventory held and provide necessary paperwork for delivery.
Identify project deliverables to provide quoting and estimating to client's request.
Delivering monthly WIP reporting and financial responsibilities such as variations, PO uplifts and invoices provided to the Finance department.
Planning and booking travel, accommodation for mobilisations.
Responsible for contractors IR35, insurance, certification and PO's.
General administration duties to support Service department.
Skills
2 Years minimum experience.
Possessing good verbal and written communication.
Should be well versed with Microsoft packages.
Possessing competent planning and organisational skills.
Ability to work in multitask environment and meet deadlines.
