Job Description

Role Overview:

Coordinate SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) projects from design to site delivery. Ensure smooth communication between clients, design, production, and site teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage SIP projects from order to installation or delivery. Liaise with clients to coordinate designs for approvals. Plan production and delivery schedules with the factory and logistics teams. Prepare project documents and keep records up to date. Support site teams with information, drawings, and delivery details. Track project progress and report updates to management and clients.

Skills & Experience:

Experience in construction or offsite manufacturing (SIPs, joinery & timber frame, preferred) Have an understanding of construction drawings and technical details. Strong organisation and communication skills. Confident using MS Office and Excel. Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Personal Qualities:

Organised and proactive. Good communicator and team player. Problem-solver with attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
