About Us


Aughton Automation is a market leader in electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation engineering services for the oil, gas, and broader energy sectors. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a highly organised and motivated Project Co-ordinator to support the successful delivery of our projects.

The Role


As a Project Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring projects run smoothly on time, and within budget. Working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you'll provide essential administrative and logistical support to keep everything on track.

Key Responsibilities



Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities Maintain accurate project documentation, plans, registers, logs, meeting minutes, reports, and records Act as main point of contact between project team members, management and stakeholders Monitor project timelines and deliverables, flagging potential risks or delays Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders Support budget tracking, coordinate resource allocation, deliverables and procurement processes Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action points Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations Monitor Project expenses and budget usage

About You


We're looking for someone with:

Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with MS Office. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands A proactive, problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
