Position Overview:The Corporate Application Management manages the IT requirements of the corporate functions within Squarepoint. We work with other corporate departments to advise, solution design, develop and integrate systems into Squarepoint's' infrastructure. Some of our systems are designed from scratch and developed using Python and Web frameworks to produce bespoke solutions for the teams. Other systems are built to glue together commercially available applications to maximize automation of business processes. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Project Coordinator/ PMO Analyst to join the Corporate Application Management (CAM) team. This role is critical in supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives across a portfolio of corporate systems including HR, Finance, Risk, Legal Tech, and Document Management platforms. You will work closely with CAM project managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with governance frameworks.

  • Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources such as banking partners, implementation partners.
  • This role will require the coordination of integration work with our internal development and functional teams and external bank partners signed. This role will ensure that a status report is shared with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of CAM projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new application rollouts.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, RAID logs, project plans, and communication logs.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and working groups - prepare agendas, take minutes, track actions, and follow up with responsible owners.
  • Support cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, Risk, IT) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of dependencies.
  • Track project milestones and provide input to status reports and PMO dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to CAM governance processes, change control, and compliance standards.
  • Assist in producing materials for senior leadership such as reporting packs and status & risk updates.
  • Monitor vendor deliverables and coordinate with third-party providers as required.
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or PMO role.
  • Familiarity with enterprise application lifecycle, stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g, Jira, Confluence, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a project through from initiation to completion.
