Job Description

Evolveren Ltd is seeking to hire an organised Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction and renovation projects. As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and communication, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main duties include:



Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction and renovation projects. Coordinate with management, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely availability of resources. Assist in managing project budgets and ensuring cost control. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and addressing their concerns. Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts and permits.

Skills and Education:



Proven experience in management or a similar field. Strong communication skills. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team. Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 38,700.00-39,000.00 per year
