Project Coordinator, DOCOsoft, London







The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of projects by providing administrative, logistical, and coordination support to project teams. This role ensures that project activities are well-organized, tracked, and communicated, helping to maintain momentum and alignment across project teams and both internal and client stakeholders.




Responsibilities




Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project and programme activities. Maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications. Prepare and distribute project communications, meeting minutes, and updates including project steering committees with our customers. Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. Support issue resolution and escalation processes Support resource allocation and scheduling. Maintain project management tools and systems (e.g., MS Project, Dev Ops, Celoxis). Assist with budget tracking, including estimate pipeline, peer reviews and associated estimate documentation and once agreed tracking actual effort against estimates. Ensure compliance with project governance (including change request process) and reporting standards. Supporting PMO with portfolio reporting. Facilitate collaboration across all teams within DOCOsoft liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely information flow.



Key Attributes




Approximately 2+ years' in a project support or coordination role. Experience of working in a project delivery environment or PMO desirable Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Celoxis) and Microsoft Office Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Team-oriented with a proactive and flexible approach. Ability to engender trust and credibility both internally and externally. Willingness to travel. The flexibility that is always required when working with a growing organisation.
