A Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The role typically involves coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders. The Project Coordinator may also be involved in process improvement initiatives and data analysis to support project objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesReview project requests from various requestors and assign teams as appropriate



Review business needs, justification, scope, budget, and risks for assigned projects



Build rapport with client representatives and ensure the scope of the project and business forces affecting the project are fully understood



Oversee third-party consultants as necessary (vendors etc.)



Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential risks surrounding the project, project logistical issues, budget, and scope



Lead the establishment and refinement of best practices and standards of excellence



Support the development, review, and update of project prioritization processes and alignment with client goals



Track project milestones and deliverables, and provide progress reports to team members and stakeholders



Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination of meetings



Qualifications and SkillsMinimum 1-year past work experience as a project coordinator, business intelligence (BI), business, or data analyst



Experience with process improvement preferred



Ability to identify data trends



Expert in Microsoft Office applications:

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Pivot tables).



Able to think logically, organize workflows efficiently, and solve problems independently



Broad background of project type and size preferred



Experience with infrastructure and large complex projects is strongly preferred



Experience with Real Estate projects is a major plus.
