Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Projects Coordinator. As a Projects Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Client Services Team and providing exceptional fire and security system installation delivery to our high level client base including FM, Banks, Property Mangement Companies, including administrative support and excellent level of reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule fire and security system projects for clients
- Maintain accurate records of CRM and update client information and digital client Portals

- Exceptional attention to detail, speed, accuracy and response to client and external requests

- Working effectively to financial and environmental KPI's
- Assist with CRM data entry and maintain up-to-date CRM databases and documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Assist with office organization and ensure fire and security inventory is managed efficiently

- Collaborate with Supply Chain ensuring effective procurement of fire and security systems equipment to meet or exceed financial and environmental KPI's

- Collaborate with Tech Support and Tech Partners to ensure projects run smoothly

- Collaborate and liase with systems engineers to ensure smooth and effective delivery of fire and security system projects
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle customer issues quickly, with empathy and problem-solving skills

Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and file management

- Speed and accuracy in project delivery to short timescales

- Strong reporting skills and ability to use all Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to delivery projects to meet or exceed client timeframe

- Likeable personality to help build relationships, allow cross department and tech partner liason between internal client services team members, external tech companies and fire and security system supply chain
