Purpose of Role:
To manage project administration, coordinate resources, and support the delivery of works from enquiry to completion. This includes preparing quotes, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for new work
? Organise suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials to site
? Set up and update project programmes throughout the lifecycle of works
? Assist the Site/Operations Manager with administrative support
? Maintain project documentation and client communication
? Support business development by handling client enquiries professionally
Skills and Experience:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Experience in quoting and project coordination (construction sector preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools
Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
This role will be ideally suited to somebody who has a keen interest in construction but would prefer a more office based role. No formal qualifications required but must be capable of reading architectural plans

Pay: 24,420.00-41,613.88 per year
