Job Description

The Alchemist Story

Blending two heritage brands together, Alchemist was born. Driven by the strengths and experience of both brands, we have the capacity to push innovation and deliver exceptional blended learning experiences to the L&D market at a global scale.

The name 'Alchemist' perfectly describes the holistic approach to learning and development that is ingrained in our teams. It is our carefully curated blend of philosophy, science, practice and experience that sets us apart.

Our sole mission is to create exciting, engaging and effective learning that challenges the status quo of the training world.

What We're Looking For

The successful individual in this remit will join our Delivery team, which focuses on working with our clients and the Learning Solutions team to create and deliver immersive learning experiences and assessments for real-world business scenarios. You can expect to receive responsibility and client exposure from day one.

The role is focused on ensuring that the logistics, administration and operational coordination behind our learning experiences run smoothly and to a high standard. You can expect to gain exposure to a broad variety of projects and client contexts, and to play a vital role in making sure our experiences are set up for success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting project managers across multiple programmes, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination. Managing logistics for training delivery -- sourcing venues, confirming bookings, confirming dietary requirements with delegates and arranging materials. Scheduling and coordinating associate availability and assignments. Maintaining project documentation, trackers and status updates. Forging strong relationships with our associate community, both in terms of event management and also their ongoing development. Creating and updating attendance and other project reports such as survey feedback and assessment/diagnostic results. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment on milestones and requirements. Handling pre- and post-event administration including delegate communications and feedback collation. Supporting financial processes such as POs and cost tracking. Adapting to an environment where no two days are the same, and taking the initiative to make sure each day is better than the one before.

What You'll Need

Experience in an administrative, coordination or project support role. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts. Excellent communication skills with confidence in contacting clients, suppliers and associates. Proactive, solution-focused mindset. High attention to detail in documentation, logistics planning and scheduling. Comfortable using digital systems and quick to learn new tools. Collaborative approach and enthusiasm for supporting others. Desire to grow toward more senior project management responsibilities.

What You'll Get From Us

Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package. Be part of a team helping to deliver immersive learning experiences and challenging the status quo in the industry. Have ownership of your work and opportunity to enjoy the impact you create. Work alongside exceptional and lovely people. Engage in interesting and challenging work, and have the opportunity to make the role your own. Play a pivotal role in a rapidly growing, funded scale-up. Work in an environment that is extremely supportive for anyone who's keen to learn and improve. Have the freedom to further your skill set, and a personal development plan created with you.

Our Focus On Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We are focused on being a diverse, equitable and inclusive organisation, and want this to be our strength. We are actively working towards Alchemist being a place where everyone can thrive and make their best contribution to our mission. We know that the more perspectives, voices, and experiences we can bring to our work, the better.

We warmly welcome applications from all marginalised groups, communities and backgrounds. We want our recruitment process to be as accessible as possible to anyone interested in us. If you require a reasonable adjustment or additional support as you apply for this role, please get in touch with our Talent Acquisition Partner and they will contact you to discuss how we can help.
