The role



As the Project Coordinator, you'll be part of our assessment team and you will support the delivery of assessment programmes for organisations and individual people professionals.

What you'll be doing



Supporting the Assessment Manager with assessor coordination to ensure that Assessors are allocated, briefed and contracted for assessment projects. Organising assessor feedback for group cohorts, coordinating activities to support assessor recruitment and development (e.g. training sessions, webinar discussions).


Coordinating internal quality assurance (IQA) activity across assessments with both internal and external Assessors. Preparing agendas and minutes for quarterly IQA meetings and bi-annual standardisation events.


Taking responsibility for the secure and accurate project management of membership assessments. This includes project launches, working with external clients to agree project deadlines, contract preparation, client briefings, providing feedback to individual participants, and supporting the interpretation of results and outcomes.


Being the first point of contact for clients, taking ownership of enquiries, responding with relevant information and escalating where appropriate, ensuring high quality customer service is delivered and a customer orientated culture is maintained.


Working with colleagues in Customer Services and Assessment Admin to support candidates throughout their assessment, providing advice and guidance where necessary.


Managing candidate data and assessment documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance with data regulations. Analysing customer feedback, reporting on key findings and trends.


Representing the CIPD with clients, at promotional events and conferences. Working with colleagues across the CIPD to promote assessment products and drive membership growth.

What you'll need to be successful

Experience in a similar role with exceptional administrative skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Good Microsoft Office Skills (including Excel and PowerPoint) Excellent interpersonal skills with experience of working with a range of stakeholders and customers Highly responsive and proactive, with the drive to take ownership of tasks from start to finish Able and willing to operate flexibly, and switch priorities as required Logical, detailed and organised approach to work with good time management Excellent written English, including spelling and grammar
