Role description

Project Coordinator

Yeovil - UK-Based (Hybrid)

Full-Time | Permanent

We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality projects within our dynamic and fast-paced environment. Based in the UK, this hybrid role will primarily involve remote working, with occasional travel to the customer site in Somerset, as required.



The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely updates, and supporting the project management team to maintain delivery excellence.

The Role:

Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities Maintain and track project documentation, schedules, action logs, and risk registers Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment Help manage project reporting, dashboards, and status updates to support decision-making Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to keep milestones on track Assist in the preparation of customer-facing documentation and project artefacts Coordinate travel or on-site logistics for meetings in Somerset (when required)

What you will bring:

Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Support role Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and remain calm under pressure Team-oriented, with a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
