We are an organisation going through big scale change and we need an inspiring and innovative Project Delivery Manager to champion and support colleagues through this transformation.
The key project this year is the implementation and embedding of an ERP, prior experience of this is essential.
Proven success in supporting colleagues to grow their maturity in project management principles including quality, time, resource, and risk management
Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders effectively, enable prioritisation, and bring people along the journey by influencing hearts and mind towards change
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver projects within agreed scope, time, budget, and quality standards.
ERP implementation project delivery
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions for timely delivery.
Lead cross-functional collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Champion best practices in project delivery and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with Data Protection, Cyber Security, and Caldicott frameworks.
Support organisational knowledge management and information governance.
Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and high performance within project teams.
What you'll need for the role:
Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field or equivalent experience
ERP implementation experience
Experience in supporting colleague through high levels of change, with the associated behaviours
Strong experience in managing complex projects, ideally system implementation
Awareness of Information Governance - data protection and cyber security
Proficiency in project management software, with an in-depth knowledge of agile project management methodologies and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as communication, time management, risk/dependency and people management skills
A detail orientated approach, with curiosity and a passion for continuous learning.
