We are looking to hire a Client Services Manager / Account Director, to join our Client Services Team to work on several large-scale accounts, with a specific focus on digital signage installations throughout the UK, whilst focusing on client account management, development and growth.
Pixel Inspiration are digital media solutions agency, providing instore retail installations throughout the UK, Europe and as far as Australia.
The role is specifically required to manage several large key accounts, from concept through design, to installation, and post installation for managed service and creative services. You must have the ability to manage your own workload and report to management daily and weekly. Flexibility is paramount as Pixel have over 70 key clients based throughout the UK and Europe, this is not, a purely office-based role, travel and working out of the office is required.
As a fast-paced agency, we expect you to hit the ground running and develop the role in line with business needs under- taking related duties as required.
You will be expected to work with various contractors and suppliers to build a working relationship that ensures we work within a precise schedule of works and deliver a digital installation to the highest standard.
You will also build client relationships within the marketing and project teams to receive briefs and deliver fresh digital installations, with sites throughout the UK and Europe. This can involve participation in the store design and overall customer experience so you must have the ability to manage your own workload and report to management daily and weekly. Flexibility is paramount as deadlines can change quickly.
