As part of our continued growth, we are building a dedicated
Living Spaces, Home Extensions & Garage Conversions Division
and are now recruiting a
Project Delivery Manager
to lead the office-based delivery, systems and customer journey for this division.
About the Role
This is a key operational role responsible for turning surveys into
accurate quotes, well-managed projects and satisfied customers
.
You will work closely with our
Contracts
Manager
, who leads site surveys, contractors, health & safety and on-site delivery, while you manage the
commercial, digital and customer-facing side
of each project.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in
construction, estimating, project coordination or operations
, who enjoys structure, systems and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare
accurate quotes, visuals and estimates
for living spaces, garage conversions and extensions
Manage projects from
quote acceptance through to completion
Oversee CRM and internal systems for tracking jobs and customer communication
Coordinate designs, layouts and drawings where required
Issue contracts, variations and stage invoices
Track project margins, costs and delivery timelines
Act as the main office-based point of contact for customers
Produce weekly management reporting on:
Jobs sold
Live projects
Margins and costs
Delivery timelines
What We're Looking For
Experience in
construction, estimating, project coordination or operations
Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills
Confident using
software, CRM systems and digital tools
Commercially aware and detail-focused
Calm, professional and reliable
A modern, systems-led approach to project delivery
Experience in garage conversions, extensions or residential construction is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
