Your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the successful execution and delivery of projects within an organization. You will lead a team of project managers and coordinators, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources, timely completion of deliverables, and adherence to quality standards.

How will I spend my time in this role?

Project Management Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of project managers and coordinators;
  • Define project management best practices and ensure their implementation;
  • Set clear goals, objectives, and expectations for project delivery.
Resource Planning and Allocation:
  • Determine project resource requirements and allocate them effectively;
  • Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary;
  • Ensure the availability of necessary tools, equipment, and infrastructure for project teams.
Project Delivery:
  • Oversee project execution, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project plans;
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project scope, objectives, and timelines.
Quality Assurance:
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables;
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements;

Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations;
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders regularly;

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project performance;
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders;
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize delivery outcomes.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a leadership role;
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools;
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering);
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
