The Role

We're looking for an experienced

Project Delivery Team Lead

to take ownership of delivering IT projects from start to finish. You'll oversee planning, execution and completion of multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to a high standard.

This role is ideal for someone with strong

technical knowledge, leadership skills and stakeholder management experience

, who enjoys driving collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

full lifecycle delivery

of IT projects from initiation to closure. Ensure projects are delivered

on time, within scope and budget

. Act as a

technical lead

, providing guidance on architecture, design and solution viability. Define project scope, success criteria and support business case development. Develop and maintain

project plans, timelines and resource forecasts

. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical staff and external suppliers. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate progress clearly. Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies. Drive

continuous improvement

through lessons learned and best practice.

Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of

project management methodologies

(Agile, Waterfall, hybrid). Ability to provide

technical leadership

and translate technical concepts for all audiences. Excellent

stakeholder management and communication

skills. Confidence in

risk and issue management

. Proven

team leadership

capability.

Qualifications

Project Management certification (e.g.

PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum Master

). Technical certification such as

Microsoft Certified: Expert/MCSE

(or equivalent).

Experience

Proven track record of

leading IT projects

from scoping to delivery. Experience with

Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

. Strong background in

technical solution delivery and architecture guidance

. Skilled in managing budgets, schedules and resources. Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing expectations.

What We Offer

Salary:

40,000 - 50,000 per annum (DOE)
